Inauguration ceremony of the global robot cluster was held in EXCO in Daegu, Korea with the presence of Gwon, Yeong-Jin, Mayor of Daegu City, and 8 presidents of global robot clusters from 6 countries including Korea, the U.S., France, Russia Malaysia, and Singapore.

The participants from each cluster agreed to cooperate each other by creating profits together and exchanging information, and divide the roles, and Kim, Chang-Ho, (AJINEXTEK), President of Robot Enterprise Promotion Association, REPA) was elected as the first president of the cluster.
