We displayed semiconductor chips for controlling motion localized by a combining motor controller and industry-purposed network, state-of-the-art technology in the IT industry, Ethernet/IP series, a distributed control system, RTEX series and PLCWorks series in COEX’s Indian Exhibition Hall from Oct. 8 to 10.

 

Ethernet/IP series, a distributed controller of 100Mbps Ethernet/IP based industry-purposed standard protocol, will be released with various types from 2-axis module to digital and analogue in- and output modules, and all the products will be verified for quite a long time from its stability by dual communications to the entire process of the semiconductor.

 

As RTEX series has adopted RTEX (Real time Express) protocol of Panasonic Corporation of Japan, it can control the maximum of 32 axes with one controller in remarkably high speed of scanning of 100Mbps and 0.5msec in almost real time. I can control various modules including step motor and digital- and analogue-motors, and also reduce costs from large-scale facilities for before- and after-process of semiconductor.

PLCWorks series, a 100Mbps based small-size stand-alone controller, provides 64 items of digital in- and output of 4-axis motion control, basically support PLC language, basic language to control complex devices readily, and can be linked with PLC system explained above easily.

 

Products of Ethernet/IP, RTEX, and PLCWorks series show excellent motion control performance equipped with cutting-edge chipset exclusively developed based on our own patent technology, and can be applied conveniently in PC and PLC development environment by supporting our own AXL function group, and expanded in a removable way which is produced to meet users’ demands with its ultra- light and thin stand-alone controller-shaped exterior. In addition, it is also cost effective by simplifying cable compared with the existing facilities and can be installed very conveniently.

 

Moreover, ARC-II (Ajinextek Robot Controller), a universal robot controller with a built-in motion-purposed chip and robot language compiler in a basic method, is designed to be widely used even to control ordinary equipment.

ARC-II can be dealt with various types of motors and encoder, and shows remarkable performance for high-speed and high-precise motion control. It is equipped with 7-inch touch screen teaching pendant which makes anyone control robots easily and monitor a variety of data.
