Hello. We are the Marketing Team of AJINEXTEK.
We displayed our new products in the event held in COEX’s Pacific Exhibition Hall in COEXM, Seoul, Korea from Mar. 7 to 10, and were well received by our customers with CAMC-QI (4-axis interpolation control-purposed chip), 5 types of all-in-one boards supporting mass-production of equipment of our customers, much reinforced AXL motion control library, application software package, MotionExpert, developed in robot control-purposed language by applying the library as well as large-scale linear gantry stage.
As already known,
As CAMC-QI is a result taking around 10 years since we started conducting research and development to bridge the technological gap between Korean and Japanese companies by clarifying our attitude of localizing the motion control area, we are displaying all-in-one PCI-N404/N804 board with our distinct functions continuously being demanded in the field, Japanese do not have in their chips. With much strengthened interpolation functions, it is possible to implement path control precisely as well as control both PTP exclusively used for the existing semiconductor equipment and CP.
Based on this, our PC-based motion control team has been developing a new AXL library, an all-in-one board, a stand-alone controller, and a distributed controller, and plans to come out with the products later this year.
Moreover, analogue input boards of all-in-one DIO 64-channel board and 16-bit resolution are also items being added with multiple functions demanded from the field and reflecting needs of our customers.
MotionExpert is upgraded application software package we have been focusing on the development.
With powerful built-in robot-purposed commands, it is possible to implement under 4-axis robot programming including cartesian coordinates robots, horizontal articulated robots, WTR, and LTR combined with our hardwares such as Fieldstation-Mini/ARF and PCI-N404, as well as since it provides window-based programming environment, so even beginners can conduct and operate robot programming once they learn some commands.
In addition, we also offer back-up programs including CAD2Motion and Image2Motion to collect and reflect various demands.
